FUT Champs game crash when winning

I want to report an issue and incident.

I played my last game of FUT champs on FC26. I had a record of 11-3 and I was in the 60th minute of my final game where I just scored to make the score 5-2 when a few seconds after I scored, the game crashed and brought me to Xbox home. When I loaded up FC26 again I was still connected to the EA servers so that didn’t drop. I then logged back into ultimate team my fut champs was finalized and it marked my last game as a loss, making my record 11-4. I played against a computer user and so I think there was some sort of hacking involved.

Is there any way that this can be resolved and I can get the correct rewards for 12-3 or at the very least, my fut champs reopened with 1 game left.
