Game crashing after online matches

Hey everyone,

I've experienced an annoying problem lately. When I play against friends and when I do squad battles the game is normal. But when I try rivals or rush the game crashes everytime after a match. So no crashes or bugs during the game, but it crashes when I get the coins. This occurs now for 2 weeks already and my graphics are on the lowest settings. I also don't have connection errors. What am I doing wrong?

I play on an Omen 15 so maybe the pc is outdated?
