Game disconnecting at end of match

Question

Playing ultimate team; promoted to div 7. won a match 6-1 but right at the end it disconnected me. Then it counted the match as "DNF", kicked me out and counted it as a loss meaning it relegated me. this is the second time it happened to me and i also clipped it happening. No connection issues as i have a wired internet connection. How do i fix this and is there a way i can get the rewards back i'd get from div rivials as its tomorrow.

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. How frequently is this happening? Was it just this one time or does it keep occurring? If it started happening after every match, that could be related to hitting the security limits by playing too many games over a short amount of time. Regardless, we aren't able to modify your record or grant the rewards for a win.

There is a known issue with Gauntlet where matches disconnect when they complete. That is being investigated.
