game disconnection in 5-10th min

this happens to me around 5-10th min every 5-10 games since feb 25 in ea fc 25 i changed every thing and it still there even in 26 the players freezes but every thing is moving normally the crowd the corner flag all of that and 5 sec it disconnect me if i was winning it will not count as a loss but not win either but if i was losing its a loss anyone have this too?
