game drop

My game is lagging since the pre-order and it has been lagging for the last 2 days and it is not fixed. I tried formatting, deleting, reinstalling, replacing thermal paste, everything but I couldn't solve this problem. Please solve this problem. My system has an RX570 graphics card, AMD Ryzen5 2600 16GB RAM. Please solve it. It has nothing to do with the system because it only lags in Ultimate Team but when I enter a match.
