Game Freezing & DNF Punishment

Hi,

this evening I’ve been trying to play Ultimate Team. Three times, the game has freaked out after I connect to a match.

i go to start the match, it fades to a black screen and stays there for MINUTES. I have had to restart the game and it’s given me a loss and a DMF modification every time. I’m being punished for not being able to play the game!!

Has anyone else had this issue today or at all? My connection is perfect across all other games and apps. Using Ethernet. 

any guidance on what I can do? Live chat is gone and I can’t seem to open a case.
