Game Freezing and Losing Connection for Online Matches

When I try and load into an online game, my game freezes after the kit selection screen. The screen goes black and all I can see is the green small loading indicator frozen. After a short while, it either lets me in the game against my opponent as intended, or if it takes longer it loads me into the cutscenes for Arsenal vs Arsenal and then says I have lost connection to EA servers. If this happens, it counts the game as a loss. I have lost 600 FC points to Drafts because it crashes before I can even play the game, and many times Rivals games have also counted as losses. I will not be able to play Weekend League with this issue. I'm very sad because I have lots of fun on this year's game when it works. Any help would be appreciated, and is there a way to get compensated for the FC points I have lost?
