It simply cannot be correct that when your server breaks down, we users are punished because normally no compensation is achieved before we contact you? Maybe you should do a daily check of your server or even better buy some new ones that can handle the pressure that may be there, because it seems that it is often/often when you do BETU that it loses the connection to the server and there are often inconsistencies with the server.
