Game Glitch and Results issue in Clubs

I was playing in Division 3 Clubs with one other person, in the first match, we were winning 3-0 comfortably until the first 45 minutes, when the game went into Halftime break, the match literally stopped progressing. Like it freezes onto the stadium pitch and there was nothing we could do, we couldn't even see any players, only the triangle colour indicators which didn't even move or interact, whilst no players or referee was visible, it only showed the background visual groundsmen and workers that u see on the cut scene on the pitch for no reason. We waited aroujd 10 minutes, nothing happened or progressed, i restarted FC26 on my Xbox, when I opened the game againattwr restarting, the game didnt even go into menus, it literally went back to the same halftime glitch screen, aftwe a few more minutes, me ans my teammatw has no choice but to leave, and the game literaly counted it as a 3-0 loss to us due to this. Which was unfair, and that result made us go into the relegation match, which was completely undeserved and unfair as we were literally winning comfortably.

In the relegation match, it was going normally and smoothly until about the 80th minute of the match, where in my pov the game (scoreboard, timer, players, fans, atmosphere included), just frozen, it wasn't a device issue, everything else worked but the match froze on its tracks. Secondly, after the glitch, my teammates character starting glitching and moving weirdly onto the sidelines instead of the pitch in my POV, and in my pov, I scored a fluke goal and made the score 1-3 (we were losing 3-0 before the glitch). Meanwhile on mu teammates pov, i dont how, but the score was 4-3 to us winning and in hus pov, mu character scored twice, whilst in my pov (mind you thisnis the same exact match, at the same exact time, at the same exact minute) it showed me only scoring once. Now the game ended after that, and the game classified that match as a 3-0 loss to us, reason being my friend "disconnected", whoch he clearly didnt and matter of fact in the same match on my pov it said the opponent forfeited and we won, but we didn't, game registered it as. 3-0 loss and relegated us to Division 4, which we weren't even supposed to be in the relegation match in the first place.

All of this has happened in the same timeframe, with no delays between the first match and the second match, it was literally back to back major glitches which overturned our results, which wasn't even our fault in the first place, our devices and internet were perfectly fine and working. Please EA, look into this, we are confused and need an explanation.
