Game glitching

Anyone else experiencing glitches when playing UT rivals or squad battles where game jumps when ever your in the area or about to take a shot also player switching not working all time had 2 matches where was fine for first 24 mins of the match then all of a sudden wouldn't swap players or clear ball without passing it straight back to opponents, what a waste of 90 quid not even received correct rewards for pre ordering or anything fed up of EA now nothing but money grabbing c u next Tuesdays
