Game is always bugged EA FC 26

Everytime i launch the game on the menu everything is alr, good fps no lag etc etc. the moment i start a match or click on ultimate team, when it starts my game instantly starts to lag and its literally unplayable its like im playing on 5 fps its so annoying i need to restart the game like 10 times bc it doesnt render the game properly well or smth like that. i alr "repaired" the game twice and it doesnt do anything pls help, i cant even refund it now.
