GAME STILL SLOWMOTION AND CONTROLLER NOT WORKING / PC

The game has been completely in slow motion since day one. The players are incredibly slow and the game constantly lags. Also, the controller still doesn't work in online matches! When are you going...

I need to change the graphics to LOW just to have smooth gameplay in offline mode, and I even have to drop my FPS to 60. THIS GAME IS UNBELIEVABLE!!
And im still having the controller issue while playing Rivals. Also i didnt get my icon pack and my SP Points stuck at 2k/2k!!! THIS GAME IS SCAM!!
