Game stuck after a match

I have played a match in the gauntlet challange,and the game got stuck in the screen showing the stadium after the match and it just loops that video on and on, I've restarted the game, ofc got a dnf, played another game and again, locked in this screen, I don't want to restart the game again because of the limited games and the win
