GAME WORKING ON LOW FPS

Fullscreen used to work the best for me, due to bug with controllers not working in online game modes. Too many files conflicting, could it be the windows 11 2H25 update - OS Build 26200.6901 -  making a hassle out of everything? The game feels terrible now, I was happy with it until the last two days.  It could be the latest game update also. Suddenly the opponent is much quicker than me. Against AI, I need to use one difficulty level below the normal one. Today I thought I was playing an early version of FC25 with my players on ice. Maybe the players have changed from boots to sneakers, sliding on the pitch. 

What a headache! 

If we didn't have to restart the game to change the rendering quality settings, it would help alot. 

Please reduce all the menus. Why can't the settings-menu be in a meny that is the same no matter what game mode you are in?
