Games keeps loading slow on Ultimate Team on PS5 (spinning green triangle)

The game keeps loading slow during certain times on Ultimate team on PS5 where the green triangle at the bottom will just keep spinning until a few minutes later I get the There was a problem connect...

i and many others have this problem. i’ve been reporting it for weeks and they just aren’t fixing it
