Good ping, good FPS but extremely slow

RTX 3060, i5-10...

So i played the game for 1 week and everything was ok. After one update, i start experiencing a really slow gameplay. I can't play the game since friday. Today i found a solution, i need to use max o 60hz max fps 60 and vsync 50%. It means i need to play at 30 FPS. At that FPS, there's no lag but its not worth it to play this game at 30 FPS. I'll just wait  ea to solve this. Till there i'll not open the game again
