Hacked and Gotten No Help

I’ve tried 4 times to get my account back after it was hacked. All saying the information from my account, that I made, doesn’t match up with my EA account. No further information on what I got wrong to clarify any mistakes. I’m just trying to play EA26. I have proof, I have the correct information unless the hacker from Russia changed everything. Any other ways to help? I don’t know if I can wait another hour for help to be told the same thing
