Half of the squad disconnects almost every game

We are playing pro clubs (cross-platform) and most games half of our squad get "an unexpected error has occurred and you are no longer synced with the game".  It usually happens on an attacking phase when the ball goes out of play for a corner or goal-kick.

We had this issue in previous FIFAs in despite many complaints it has not been resolved.

Pro clubs is borderline unplayable right now.
