Haven't been able to play online for more than a week

PC online seasons player here. 1gbps internet, router 1 metre from the PC. Have tried wifi and LAN cable. I haven't been able to play more than 10 minutes (In game) of any online seasons game for a...

Update: Due to lack of response, I've uninstalled and won't buy any more EA games, breaking an almost 30 year streak for fifa titles. This level of performance would be unacceptable in a free mobile game, let alone a premium title from one of the biggest names in gaming.
