Heavy gameplay despite a low ping.

This issue I'm experiencing was also present in 24/25. It's still there in 26. In any online mode, whether it's UT, Clubs, or regardless of the season, there's this strange lag feeling. For example, when playing as Liverpool in season mode, Salah easily loses the ball. His skill rating seems to behave as if it were 70. A slower defender can easily catch up to him. I can't hold onto the ball with L1 or L2, I can't get past players. My player loses the ball. My defenders fall down in one-on-one battles. Another example: in Clubs mode, my character, who has a speed and acceleration of 95, can't get past opponents with lower speed. He loses all one-on-one battles.

In offline modes, there's not the slightest issue. I can easily pass a 90-point player on legendary difficulty with a 75-point player. My players execute all commands. I don't think there's a problem with my system because, as I said, there's not the slightest issue in offline modes.

What could be causing this? Even though my ping is 30-40 ms, I'm experiencing very laggy gameplay. Is there a solution?
