After that, close the EA App completely and also end the EAAppBackgroundService process from your Task Manager.

Next, go to the folder where the EA App is installed. By default, you can find it here:
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop

Once you’re there, locate EAUpdater.exe and run it to update the app manually.
