Unfairly got banned Case #229343516

I even met hackers who made me suffer 2 losses the last champions event, and now I'm the cheater!

I'm so frustrated...

Im innocent for god sake!

i am having similar issues, so far i have attempted to appeal the case (i get an error saying i cant), spoke with live support (they cannot escalate your case), emailed tos (they blocked my email from going through). it seems near impossible to get a manual review of your ban. each time i think i might i just get the same auto response email

I created a case and the status is "Waiting On Studio" just like you. I will update you if anything happens.

If you've already created an appeal with these steps and are seeing that it's now waiting on studio, it's in the right spot! We are not able to make any changes to this here on the forums.

At that point it's been passed along to the team that can directly review what took place, so please keep an eye on your case history page and they'll reply as soon as the investigation is complete. 

There is not a specific ETA we can provide as that will just depend on how many other cases they're working through already, but they'll reach out through the case as soon as they have an update. Thanks for the patience in the meantime!

I got ban for cheating on 13 November too I opened a case and still the same as your case ( in studio ) keep me updated if you have any news
