High Ping Spikes + "Unable to Connect to EA Servers" - India (Bengaluru)
I am from Bengaluru, India (ACT Broadband, 200 Mbps connection) and FC 26 online is completely unplayable due to constant ping spikes and repeated server disconnections.
My setup:
- Internet speed test shows 100+ Mbps download, 95 Mbps upload, 7ms latency
- Connected to 5GHz WiFi band
- DNS set to 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare)
- WiFi driver updated to latest version (Oct 2025)
- WiFi power saving mode disabled
- High Performance power plan enabled
The problem: Despite all of this, in-game ping constantly spikes between 145ms to 516ms with "UNSTABLE CONNECTION" showing throughout every match. The game is completely unresponsive during spikes.
Worse — I get the "Unable to Connect to EA Servers" error literally 50+ times per session. It randomly kicks me out mid-game and at menus constantly. This has been happening since launch.
My internet connection is perfectly fine. Every other online game and service works without issues. This is specifically FC 26 connecting to EA servers.
Please fix your server routing for Indian players or add India region servers. We are paying full price for a game that is unplayable online.
