EA_Darko yet another post regarding high ping after the last server maintenance when we have always gotten 8-12 ping…instead of giving us basic EA connection steps, raise awareness to higher ups… this is impacting numerous regions

If there are server issues Cdanner2121 then we will see them on our end and see a huge influx of reports.
That we are not means that this is most likely connection related so the place to start is with troubleshooting. If having an issue can you try the steps and let me know how you get on.

So because you guys are not seeing a “huge influx of reports” you guys are going to do absolutely nothing? Me and many others have tried all of your steps multiple times and have even contacted our ISP and nothing has been fixed. I have spent way too much money on this game and you guys literally do not care about us. Doesn’t matter if it’s a few or a lot of complaints about something, the minimum that you guys could do is try to find if there’s an issue from your end instead of doing the same thing and sending us to these steps.
Maybe you don’t have a clue how bad your servers actually are
If you rely on players to report the problems to fix a server issue, it is not even worth trying to complain here. This game is far gone
