Higher ping in Texas - Dallas server down?

I normally have 8ms of latency in Ultimate Team online modes. For a week now I'm only having 24ms. Is something wrong with the Dallas server? Not only that, the gameplay is horrendous for this previ...

I live in Juarez, Mexico, right next to El Paso, Texas, and I have the same problem with the Dallas servers. My ping was always 18ms, and a few weeks ago it started connecting me to all the games with 40 and 50 ping
