Huge delay

First of all, I wish everyone a good day. I'm experiencing this problem especially in online modes; when my ping is between 60 and 100, the delays reach 7-8 seconds, and even enabling Vsync isn't enough. Does anyone know a solution to this problem? You can also check out the video I've linked below.
