I’ve just been kicked out after finishing a game which I won

I’ve just been kicked out after winning a game - I needed to win it to stay in division and not only that, it served me with a DNF. I’m not asking a lot - I barely get time to play a game a day and all I want is the win restored (surely this will be in the game logs) and my position in the division above restored, plus the coins. This might silly and petty but it’s the principle - I invest time into a game as an escape for a few mins from the world and all I want is the return of the points I won fairly. Is there any way this is possible?
