i bought the game but i cant play

hello, I have pre-ordered the game weeks ago before agust 26 and have EA play, once I loaded the trial and finally got on it’s only giving me News, learn to play and Upgrade…

I already have the full pre-order installed and even when I click upgrade it gives me an error.

i delete the game and donwload again but nothing works

pls help , i paying so much for this game and i want it so bad

what can i do? :(
