i have error on ultimate team enetr

Every time when i try to enter in ultimate i am in main mane off ult and appears a mesage he says " Connecting to the Ultimate Team is no possible an this moment, you will be returned to the main menu", enyone has have this issuse, i don t know how to repair it, if you now i will thank you.
