I haven't been able to get into ultimate team

I made a new account on PlayStation and ea to see if it lets me in to ultimate and it does with no issue but when I try it on my account it says "connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the mo...

Same here multiple players on different platforms are facing this issue and EA refuse to respond or acknowledge it
