I just wanna play champs

So is it just me who cannot load into ultimate team? I tried contacting support but nothing helped me so they just told me to write my issue here. Well there you go. Im on ps5 so any help is appreciated. I just rly wanna know if its only me who cannot access ultimate team or does someone else have the same issue.
