I keep getting this absolute horrid input delay

Ive tried every single thing ive seen on forums reddit everywhere and nothing works this input delay is so stupid why cant ea just fix it i have a 5060 core i5 and i dont know why or how this delay is happening and i cant okay the game every game starts off well then suddenly input delay from hell i pause and the same thing happens ive tried fixing my internt through settings nothing worked and this only happens in online pvp
