I pre-ordered the ultimate edition but i cant play

I play with the 10 hour trial ,but after 10 hour this sreen came out.

however i bought the ultimate edition weeks agu in august , but i cant play .

and now its 27th of september and i still cant play , after i spent on a lot of money on the ultimate edition
