i still can't get in Ultimate Team!!!!!!!!

what's going on?? keep on getting:

Connecting to Ultimate team is nog possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.

i'm playing on the switch 2, i cleared my cache, uninstalled a couple of times, what else is there to do??
