I think my account is bugged

Basically my ultimate team has been struggling to load since a time that the fc servers were down, I think this was a month or a 6 weeks ago. Whenever I go on fc26 everything is fine and then I go on ultimate team and it's a 50/50 that I have to reset my game for me to even get on ultimate team. When I go on store I'm lucky if I make it on because usually it just takes ages to load then tell me the store it unavailable at that time, sbcs most of the time kick me out because when I go onto players in my club and scroll down it does not load ( same can be said for sbc storage and look at club normally/ not on sbc). This does not happen on clubs, player career, kick off or anything else only ultimate team. I have tried absolutely everything to fix my Wi-Fi even going and buying and Ethernet cable, when I say everything I mean everything like wifi is not the issue. I have tried other PlayStations in my house it different areas/closer to the router and nothing same results, but when I tried another account it worked perfectly, not struggling to load or kicking me out just smoothly running. Which makes me believe that my account is still bugged from that server outage so if you can, please someone try tell me if this is true and how to fix it.
