I want refund for this Horrible game. (PC lag issue after half time)

Hello, I'm experiencing a critical performance issue with EA FC Ultimate Team on PC. After halftime, the game drops to extremely low FPS—around 3 or 4—and becomes unplayable. I've tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists. As a paying customer, I believe this is unacceptable and request acknowledgment from EA, along with information on when a fix or compensation might be available. Please prioritize this issue and update us as soon as possible. Thank you.
