I was told my ban was supposed to be lifted for the new fc26

I was permanently banned on fc25 but before I purchased the new fc26 I was able to get into ea live chat and was told that I would be unbanned or my ban would be lifted for the new fc26 so I pre ordered the game and still can't login and my account is still disabled and I can't make another case or get into live chat?
