I'm not downloading the 10-hour EA Play trial I purchased through Epic Games.

I purchased EA Play and FC 26 Standard Edition through Epic Games. I want to download and play the 10-hour trial version available through EA Play, but it won't let me download it. At first, it gave me a warning about unauthorized downloads, but now it just opens the FC26 page. I need this resolved urgently

    I’m having this exact same issue I preordered standard edition so I got ea play normal to get the 10 hours but it doesn’t let me install it
