in game profile reset name to 1 and wont let me access the game anymore

Game crashed in the middle of clubs, reset my pc

Ive repaired, deleted and redownloaded and all the other suggested routes and I still cant access an account I've put hundreds into my FUT and play the game consitently and now can't even get into the game anymore and don't wanna delete my account after spending a lot of time and money on the game. the account name has reset itself from Midas to the number 1 and just says failed to load anytime i try load the game
