Incorrect DNF penalty

So I was playing a player in division rivals where he was afk and I was winning 15-0 he was not moving at all not jockying nothing so I was very confused how he didn't get disconnected anyways I finish glthe game like normal started skipping past all the highlights and so on however I then got a message which I didn't quite get to read because I was spamming x to skip past everything and just claim the win which would of got me 3 points where I only needed 1 point anyways to secure division 3, 24pts rewards. Once I saw the message I stopped spamming however it was too late and it kicked me out of ultimate team and once I logged back into ultimate team is showed me the classic DNF penalty message where it said I have disconnected but I definitely didn't as I literally won the game and finished it and my WiFi is perfect and at the time I had no bad long or WiFi therefore I couldn't disconnect so if you please give me my 3pts and promote me back to division 3 so that I get my deserved division 3 24 points rewards thank you.
