Incorrect Tournament Result

I am raising a complaint regarding an issue during an FC 26 tournament final on PS5.

At approximately 4:00 PM IST today I entered the final round of the tournament. The system showed Waiting for opponent and no match started. I remained on the screen but the game never progressed into a match.

Despite this I was later placed second without playing the final.

I did not disconnect quit or forfeit. My internet connection was stable and I was present the entire time. This appears to be a matchmaking or server issue.
