Input delay FC26 PC edition

Game was working quite well until the latest update (21.01), since that every online session has input delay (5-10s) and lagging. Before that upadate was fine. Tried many things, only cap to 30fps works but games looks bad. Can any EA mod although tell when or if they will make anotger update to fix that.
