Issue in FC 26 on Dell G15 5510 low GPU usage severe lag in gameplay

Hello Team, I have a Dell G15 5510 laptop with RTX 3060, Intel i7-10870H, and 16 GB RAM. FC 25 on Steam was working properly before on the same device. After I installed FC 26 through the EA app, I started having serious lag and stutter during gameplay. Since then, both FC 26 and FC 25 stopped working properly, even on low settings. I later deleted FC 25 completely, but the problem still remained. The main issue is that gameplay lags heavily while GPU usage stays unusually low instead of being properly utilized. I already tried changing NVIDIA Control Panel settings, selecting High Performance GPU in Windows, using plugged-in Best Performance mode, restarting multiple times, checking Task Manager, and reinstalling Alienware Command Center. The problem started only after installing FC 26 via the EA app. Please advise whether this may be related to the EA app, anti-cheat, cache/shaders, or another conflict, and what steps I should try next.
