Issues with FC26 Gameplay Responsiveness (Rivals & Live Events)

I pre-ordered FC26 and have been experiencing continuous issues since I started playing. I played FC25 for an entire year without any problems, but FC26 has been unplayable for me in certain modes.

Even when I lower the in-game graphics settings, my players keep freezing and getting stuck. Although my FPS remains stable, my players stop responding and only start reacting to my inputs several seconds later.

This problem only occurs in Rivals and Live Events modes, while other modes work normally.

Could you please provide assistance with resolving this issue?
