    Couple of issues there TengriciBuka​ but the account ones are the ones most worrying. 

    Can you create a new Windows admin account and test the game there and let me know if it is any different.

      I tried that but the fps problems still exist EA_Darko​

        Did it make any difference TengriciBuka​?

        When launching the game are you ensuring that you are using the dedicated GPU and not the integrated one?
