If it is connection based then we can take a look at that after we look at your system, may make it a little easier than inundating you with links and troubleshooting.

Hey TengriciBuka​ thanks for getting back to me, would you be able to rerun the DxDiag in English? The steps to do this are in the help article I linked.

There's a lot of technical information in these files and translating them isn't an option as it often has issues.

Couple of issues there TengriciBuka​ but the account ones are the ones most worrying. 

Can you create a new Windows admin account and test the game there and let me know if it is any different.

When launching the game are you ensuring that you are using the dedicated GPU and not the integrated one?

Hello, I had the same problems too. First, set the settings you play well with in the eafc 26 menu, either from the nvidia app or directly from the fcsetup.ini file. Then, try setting the configuration files (fcsetup.ini, fcsetup_default.ini, overrideAutodetect.lua) to read-only first, and then deny them write access for each user. That's how I solved it. However, I think the biggest problems or the settings that should be lowered are the rendering scale (even lowering the normal resolution to 720p, 1080p caused a drop in fps with the rendering scale at 100), Ambient Occlusion to medium-low, and setting Hair Strands to off.  Also make sure your PC is not using the graphics chip integrated into the CPU.I hope this helps you solve the problem.

A few games were good but the other day fps issues exist again. How can I check my gpu? Some games launching with imtegrated and I fix these games in nvidia control panel, am I fix that problem with same fix? EA_Darko​
