It's not connecting to my servers

When I close FC 26 and go to play another game it after that when I go to open FC again it not connecting me to the servers and it opens in a certai n time and when I close the game don't open after that certain time come and this time is after midnight like 3AM so I need help with that problem and when I talk to the AI agent and say I need a customer service real agent it give me the self service instructions and I don't need that I need a real person to talk to me and give me solution for that problem.
