Hi there. Thank you for all the details and the DxDiag.

It looks like you have Voicemeeter/VB-Audio installed. Fully uninstall this just as a test and restart your PC. Then, check the Device Manager and make sure nothing related to it is running.

Temporarily remove the program related to screen-capture-recorder-x64.dll and virtual-audio-capturer-x64.dl. Reboot and try FC 26 again.

If the launch fails again, check the System log right after to see if you have these Service Control Manager events:

7045 — EAAntiCheatService was installed
7023 — service terminated with 4294950327
7006 — particularly any ScRegSetValueExW / DeleteFlag / Access is denied message

Check Event Viewer > Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > CodeIntegity > Operational immegiately after the crash. See if there are any .sys, .dll, catalog, certificate, hash, or policy violation.
