less than 10 fps after 2/3 games

i have a laptop which has a 3050 ti 7 12th gen 16gb ram and when i play 2/3 games in a row, in the second half of the game i have less than 10fps how can i fix this, i have tried everything i found online but doesnt work anything, so i think is a problem of fc.
