Im having exactly the same issue, what i find odd is when I Google what it is it gives me a troubleshooting method which is exactly what ea help chat tells you what to do, its like they know nothing and use AI to come up with a fix, all I was told is its my end and not theirs. Yet like you im hardwired and done everything.
